What kinds of items can you sell for me?
We sell clothing, handbags, jewellery, watches, furniture, art, collectables, electronics and other possessions that are suitable for resale.
Will you collect my items?
Yes. We can collect most items from your home, free of charge across our Central and West London service area. Larger items, such as furniture or exercise equipment, can often remain with you until sold, with collection arranged directly with the buyer.
Do I have to photograph or list anything?
No. We take care of photography, valuations, listings, buyer enquiries, payments and the practicalities of completing the sale.
Where do you sell my items?
We choose the most suitable sales channel for each item, including online marketplaces and specialist platforms, with the aim of reaching the right buyers and achieving the best possible price.
Can I set a minimum selling price?
Yes. For selected items that particularly matter to you, we can agree a minimum selling price before we take them away.
Do you buy the items from me?
No. We sell them on your behalf. When an item sells, we deduct the agreed commission and transfer the remaining proceeds to you.
Do you charge upfront?
No. There is no upfront fee for our selling service. Our agreed commission is deducted when an item sells.
What happens to items that do not sell?
You decide. We can continue marketing them, return them to you, or discuss donation or responsible disposal where appropriate.
